• Work-in-Progress cash realised in multiple claims (legal costs are dealt with at the same time)
• Payment of claimant's mediation fee by insurers

This mediation scheme is fully compliant with the CPR and Pre-action Protocols.

The process is very simple:

1. Identify the outstanding claims your firm has with these three participating insurers
2. Send us a copy of the first and last letters sent to the Insurer, plus the insurer's response on liability
3. One of our accredited mediators will then discuss the matter further with your fee earner on the telephone before we arrange a joint telephone mediation.
