Amanda Pearson was seriously injured when she crashed a hired van. She claimed the van had not been properly maintained and this caused her to crash.
Before InterResolve got involved Amanda's claim had already been through two firms of solicitors, and after two and a half years of delays, the case was completely deadlocked.
