MotoResolve is a ‘bent metal exchange,’ with a simple straight swap at its core:

The swap benefits:
- Insurers in view of the savings they can achieve through arranging their own hire and repair,
- and Solicitors in that they do not have to pay referral fees on the injury claim passed to them by insurers.
- And the scheme is compliant with the expected changes under the MoJ review.
