How it works


It's simple, but unique - combining both motor and injury claims capture

  1. InterResolve can access claims through a number of sources - before they reach the usual credit hire and legal providers
  2. We arrange the FNOL, notification and a fast Clearing House for liability issues
  3. We then deliver immediate vehicle recovery, repair/replacement at prices agreed with liability insurers - without the usual games. This saves substantial credit repair/hire costs for insurers
  4. If there is an injury, instead of selling the claim, we provide an early medical assessment and arrange a low-cost independent legal opinion for the claimant on quantum. This side-steps CPR/MoJ processes and unnecessary litigation, saving further costs for insurers - and earlier settlements for claimants

So participating insurers get:

  1. A safe and independent route to dealing directly with 3rd party claimants
