Chief Executive Officer

Simon, a qualified accountant, joined the group in February 2011. Simon has over 7 years experience in the Insurance industry working with the large US based global corporate Insurance broker, Aon as head of Management Accounts and US Reporting (2005 to 2007), and smaller private equity backed insurance intermediaries as Finance Director (2007 to 2011). Prior to the insurance sector, Simon spent 13 years in the logistics arena with P&O, being based in Holland (2000 to 2005) and in the UK with a Danish shipping company, DFDS (1993 to 2000).

Founder Director

Peter, the founder of InterResolve, previously founded the InterMediation Group, a leading UK mediation organisation (now a subsidiary of the InterResolve Group) and created and ran the Claims Mediation Centre at Lloyd’s of London. Previously, he ran a successful consultancy, Lawyers Financial Management, for more than 20 years acting for law firms and working with them on their financial models and as an expert on the management of litigation and complex legal cost disputes.

Head of Insurer Development & Technology

David has played a key role in shaping InterResolve since joining in the early stages of the company in 2006 whilst completing his Economics degree at University College London, helping create InterResolve’s products and leading the technological side of the business as well as working closely with InterResolve’s insurer partners. Prior to InterResolve David spent time at Barclays Capital and Abbey Financial Markets, and has launched other start-up businesses which continue to run profitably today.

Head of MotorResolve

After studying at Westminster University, Matt joined InterResolve in the early stages in 2005. Matt has been integral in developing market strategies and has also helped create InterResolve’s innovative products. Having been responsible for the development and national launch of MotorResolve, Matt now heads up the broker focused product and InterResolve’s strategic motor relationships.

Head of Claims

Garry joined InterResolve in February 2011 as Head of Claims. Garry has over 30 years’ experience in the Insurance Industry primarily in the motor sector. He has held a variety of management roles during the past 10 years with Equity Claims Ltd, QBE Management Services, KGM Underwriting Agencies and the Rubicon Corporation. Previously he was employed by Link Insurance (RJ Kiln Group) for 10 years as Claims Operations Manager.

Insurer Development Manager

Michael joined InterResolve in August 2010 as Insurer Development Manager. Over the past 15 years he has held senior claims roles with a number of top 5 General Insurers, and prior to joining InterResolve was primarily involved in Process Redesign and Business Improvement for Liverpool Victoria. Michael is also responsible for process and project implementation, and works alongside our Insurer clients in the identification of areas for process improvement and benefits realisation.
