InterResolve Claims System Down
Our online claims management system is currently down, due to a technical error at Rackspace, the third party who hosts our system on our behalf.
This is the first time in three years with our current setup that we've had this kind of problem.
This has turned out to be a major problem and we have had to initiate a full restore.
The system will be available again on Monday 24th August. Our apologies for any inconvenience, and thank you for your patience.

You can still submit claims using the temporary form and button below. We will still contact claimants as usual, and will update the system as soon as it becomes available again.
