IMPORTANT UPDATE REGARDING SYSTEM OUTAGES
Insurer Claims Handler Users,
You may have noticed that access to our claims management system has been been up and down this morning, and some users may still be experiencing difficulties trying to log on the system.
This problem was first noticed at 7.30am this morning (Saturday 11th April) and we have been working to Resolve it since.
The problem has now be identified and traced back to Rackspace, the hosts of our system. It seems something has gone wrong there, and this has resulted in many of the links and re-directs we have to and from the claims management system breaking down.
Rackspace are considered the best hosts in the business, and these errors are very out of charachter for them. Our first priority is to get the system up and running again, and once this is achieved with will also be fully investigating the causes of these errors to ensure it doesn't not happen again.
We expect the system to be fully functional again by 3pm this afternoon.
