InterResolve shortlisted for Claims Technology Awards 2010
We are delighted to announce that InterResove has been shortlisted for the Best use of software: Claims Management award at the Claims Technology Awards 2010.
Entrants in each category have to demonstrate elements of the following:
Financial and/ or Commercial benefits – how the software contributed to the business through increased revenue, improved commerciality, increased productivity, reduced costs etc.
Adding value to the business – how the software contributed to the business’s ability to provide new products/services, increase brand profile and client satisfaction, and benefit from new opportunities.
How the software helped maintain clear channels of communication with staff, clients and other stakeholders.
Acknowledgement of the importance of regular training within the service or product – enabling the provision of a programme of ‘constant learning’ committed to individual professional development; generating buy-in from staff and empowering them to use the tools available.
Data security measures which preserve confidentiality and integrity whilst ensuring information is available to authorised users and client access is maintained. Ensuring measures are in place to avoid internal fraud or loss of data. Proven compliance with
Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) standards.
Streamlining case progression for maximum efficiency and accuracy whilst ensuring minimum wastage of time and human resource.
Exception management – proven ability to deal with more unusual cases; those that do not conform to the standard template.
