Why get a mediator?
The courts now require insurers to use alternative methods to resolve deadlocked claims like yours, wherever possible. We can talk to you, your solcitor and the insurer on the other side. You are free to tell us whatever you think and whatever you want. Our discussions are completely confidential.

If you already have a solicitor
If you already have a solicitor that you are happy with, that’s fine, we’ll work with them and they will continue to advise you. If not, we can arrange for a member of LawAlliance (the UK network of independent specialist injury law firms) to be appointed for you, again without any cost to you
Whatever happens, you will always receive independent legal advice. This is very important as you must always know what level of compensation you may be entitled to before you settle your claim. And you’ll always have the last say on the level of compensation before settlement. Any compensation due will then be paid to you without delay
