As a private ADR-based company specialising in the injury claims market, our independence gives us complete impartiality to the benefit of claimants, insurers and lawyers. By minimising the adversarial nature of injury claims and providing an agreed inter-party business platform, InterResolve enhances the interests of each of the key stakeholders – assisting legitimate claimants to obtain earlier care and compensation, saving significant costs for insurers and providing a better business model for lawyers.
With its ResolusionAlliance partner, Elision Limited, InterResolve now provides all this on a high volume basis. Elision previously designed and implemented the IT and workflow systems for the DTI’s COPD medical assessment process, the world’s largest injury compensation scheme involving some 500,000 claims.
InterResolve works with LawAlliance, a group of around 70 specialist injury law firms around the UK that provides independent legal advice and/or representation for claimants under the scheme – at agreed prices with insurers.
InterResolve is regulated throughthe Claims Standards Council and is accredited by the UK Civil Mediation Council.
