The InterResolve scheme is now available
online.
The benefits include:
- You are freed up to concentrate on the purely legal, advisory and client-facing work – you can spend more quality time, but far less overall time, per case
- While you spend less time per case, you still get the same InterResolve scheme fee - £1,250 for RTA and £1,550 for EL/PL (see InterResolve Cost Matrix for full details)
- You don’t pay anything for using the InterResolve scheme online - so it’s free outsourcing.
This adds up to much higher effective hourly rates – up to £300 per hour.
There are no costs, systems or resource implications to using the InterResolve scheme online - it complements your own systems and working practices.
- It’s a communication platform which provides a bridge to the other party, rather than the system on which you need to run your claims.
- It’s a workflow driven system that automatically flags up tasks and reminders, so that nothing gets missed, either at our end or when your input is needed to make decisions
- When you have a task to perform, you get an email notification with a link to take you directly into the system at the right point. After dealing with your task, you can then leave the system until the next reminder arrives.
The InterResolve scheme online is free and easy to use, and is currently only available to LawAlliance members.
