EL/PL – send it to us, or fill it out online We will identify insurer for you and send to them
Remember: Don’t take out ATE unless you have to
Step 2
Wait for liability statement from insurer...
Step 3
If liability is:
Rejected – we will seek to arrange ADR on liability issue
Accepted – we will liaise with you over medical evidence
Step 4
Settlement offers exchanged
Note: We will mediate settlement if required (insurer will usually indemnify mediation costs)
Step 5
Receive settlement monies and your costs cheque

For standard claims settled within 12 months:
EL/PL: £1,550.00 + VAT
RTA: £1,250.00 + VAT
Variations apply to sub £1k and longer, more complex claims
Benefit for you: less process/admin, earlier recovery of agreed costs
Benefit for insurer: - less process/admin, earlier settlement. Fixed costs. Less ATE
