Compensation is important, but we think it’s just as important  that you are properly looked after. After discussing your claim with both yourself and the Insurer of the party responsible for your accident, we will usually arrange for you to see a Medical Expert to assess your injuries. You’ll meet the Medical Expert face-to-face, and discuss your accident, your injuries, and the effect it’s had on your day-to-day living. The Medical Expert will then prepare a report on your accident which will be used as part of the valuation of your claim. If recommended we can also arrange and fund private treatment and physiotherapy to speed up your recovery.

Independent Valuation

We’ll arrange an independent valuation of your claim when you are ready for it. This valuation is very accurate as it is based on over ten thousand previous actual settlements for accidents similar to your own. Once your medical report has been completed by the Medical Expert, this report will be used to get you a fast and accurate valuation of your claim. You’ll also always have access to free legal advice from a specialist personal injury solicitor where required or where the circumstances surrounding your accident are more complicated.

One of our specially trained mediators will settle your claim in a quick and efficient manner. InterResolve uses unique, in-house developed processes designed to cut through the delay and speed up your compensation. We communicate directly with Insurers electronically and by phone to speed up your claim. There is never any cost to you for using our service, as the costs are paid by the insurer of the driver responsible for your accident.

Paperless Claims Process

If you prefer, we can sent most paperwork to you electronically. Once you confirm your preference, as your case progresses we will send you updates, reports and documents for you to sign electronically via email instead of post. Not only does this significantly speed up your claim, it also benefits the environment.

InterResolve uses mediation where possible to speed up the claims process and reach settlement without unnecessary arguments and delays. Most Insurers want to settle your claim, but the traditional process is expensive can sometimes cause delay and conflict. On average in the traditional process, the solicitor handling your claim will receive approximately £2,000 in legal fees from the other driver’s insurer. InterResolve ensure you get the same amount of compensation as you would get using the traditional process, but because of our unique approach not only do you get your compensation faster, we reduce the unnecessary legal costs passed on to the Insurer. Unfortunately, it’s these inflated legal costs that are a large contributing factor to spiraling claims costs that are pushing up Motor Insurance Premiums for everyone, so by using InterResolve you can ensure you get fair compensation without assisting the increase in insurance premiums. All costs are recovered from the other driver’s insurer so you pay nothing for our service.
