“InterResolve offers an innovative approach to mediating personal injury claims InterResolve is an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) company with a unique usiness model; the company charges insurers for the processing and mediating between different parties in order to settle a claim, as well as for acquisition of
customers, legal fees and administration work. However, these charges are typically less than a solicitor charges, and so it offers a cheaper service. It is focused mainly on the motor market and it deals directly with claimants from the start of a claim to the conclusion with a strong emphasis on quality customer service. InterResolve uses a panel of solicitors to engage in and provide advice. InterResolve holdings trades under a series of different names: InterResolve, Resolve, MotorResolve, InjuryResolve, 123Resolve and The Claims Mediator.”
InterResolve signed a deal with Enterprise Rent-a-Car earlier in 2009 which allows it to provide replacement vehicles for individuals involved in RTAs. This move is seen as a major step forward for capturing new motor related business.
