How it works:
It's simple, but unique - combining both injury and vehicle claims solutions
- InterResolve acquires claims through a number of sources
- We arrange the FNOL, immediate claims notification and a fast clearing house for liability issues
- ERAC arranges immediate direct hire and vehicle repair/replacement
- The injury claim then goes through our special high-volume processing bringing in:
- Any appropriate independent medical and legal advice
- Independent Claims Assessment (ICA) through an exclusive arrangement with the Insurance Services Office (ISO)
- Mediated settlement
As InterResolve is not a solicitor firm, we do not need to use the usual CPR or new MoJ processes and can avoid litigation in virtually all claims. We can use the MoJ or our own portal for notification and processing and have claims capacity of 10s of thousands. Only if there are serious unresolved issues or complex injuries do we pass the claim to a panel claimant lawyer. In all other cases we can contract with insurers directly to agree process and costs
